Warwickshire Schools 2010 Cross Country Championships
The championships scheduled for 16th January were cancelled due to the adverse weather conditions. We have no new dates yet, but we will of course post any information that we may receive, you can also contact Julie Cox or Gwilym Price

Above Leamington U17 ladies brave the elements to put in a splendid performance at this year's championships
Many thanks to all of the officials and volunteers for doing such a good job. Thanks also to the referee and the organisers and hosts for adapting to the conditions so quickly and expertly to allow the event to go ahead

2010 National XC Championships
The Midland Champs is on Saturday 30th January at Stafford Common. The timetable is available here
The closing dates for entries were 12th January (Midlands) and 11th January (Nationals)
National Junior League 2010
Building on last year's sucessful collaboration with Stratford AC we are again this year entering a composite team Avon Spa with Stratford

Two Castles Run - 6th June 2010
Lemington Cycling and Athletic Club sponsor this very popular run from Warwick to Kenilworth. Entry this time is online only and the entry form will go online on Jan 1st. Visit the run's website for further details. Apply early to be sure of your place

If you have not been successful with your own application to the London Marathon you can apply for one of the club's places - we usually have two
Plantlife are a conservation charity that endeavour to halt the loss of endangered wild plant species on the brink of extinction. They have 5 London Marathon places available. The Gloucester League fixtures are now on our Gloucester XC League fixtures page
Midland Championships
Cosima Berry jumped 1.68m in the Midland championships U15 girls high jump. This beats the club record she shared with Megan Clements by 8cm. She also came first and is now ranked number 1 in the powerof10 rankings for her age group. This is the highest any female Leamington athlete of any age has ever jumped, congratulations Cosima
