Birmingham & Midland Ladies Cross Country League – 30th October at Newbold Comyn
In addition to congratulations to all who took part in the race we'd also like to thank everybody who helped organise the event. The League President has taken the time to email
May I express a most sincerely thank you to you & your great band of volunteers on behalf of the League & the Ladies League for staging the first race of the season so successfully. The course was extremely well marked out & marshalled ensuring that there where no problems for the runners. The course stood up very well for the number of runners that ran - there is obviously an explosion on the Women's side and despite the problems with registering we still got the races completed in daylight enabling your club to get all the equipment in, during daylight
Please pass on my thanks to all your club volunteers who were very instrumental in ensuring this fixture went off successfully. Their time & efforts were greatly appreciated
